The Völker 2080 bed is equipped with full-length integrated side rails. An overbed table is optional and can be stored on the footboard.
When in normal use, the casters retract and the Völker bed stands absolutely firm so the bed cannot move while entering or exiting. The casters only emerge from their housings when the control unit key pad is consciously pressed to make the bed maneuverable.
