All items on the liquidation page are sold as is. Unless otherwise indicated liquidation products come with the following warrantees:

Beds - 1 year parts warranty
Mattresses – no warranty
Bathing systems – 60 day warranty
Patient lifts – 60 day warranty

#1 = Excellent Condition – Never demonstrated, in like new condition, but may be older model
#2 = Very Good Condition – Demonstrated, will have a few minor nicks or scratches.
#3 = Good Condition – Demonstrated, will have a greater number of minor nicks or scratches.
#4 = Fair Condition – Demonstrated, will have a greater number of nicks or scratches. May also be an older model
